"One snowy morning, I was on my way to the barn when I saw these two standing in the snow - flakes covering their winter coats. It was still snowing, and it seemed like a perfect shot. It's odd. It was so cold, but they don't seem cold at all. Many horses cavort in cold weather, sometimes taking a roll in the snow. But these two just stood there together waiting for me to capture them with my camera. I loved the black and white set against a soft, almost lavender background and snowflakes covering everything in sight."
